About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition Executive to help us expand our client base across multiple verticals. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to prospect, pitch, and convert leads within the creative and digital services space.

You will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining lead pipelines, and working closely with the core team to align client needs with service offerings.



Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in relevant industries
  • Pitch Baandook’s creative services effectively and persuasively
  • Book and manage intro calls with prospective leads
  • Manage the lead pipeline and maintain follow-up cycles
  • Deliver monthly reports on outreach, conversions, and revenue generated
  • Build long-term client relationships and explore retainer opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in a creative or marketing agency
  • Proven track record of driving ROI through successful lead conversions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand creative services (branding, social media, design, etc.) and translate them into value for clients
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and performance-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant field (preferred)

Compensation and Growth:

  • 20% commission on each converted project
