Client Acquisition Executive

Job Title: Client Acquisition ExecutiveJob Summary

The Client Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, attracting, and converting potential clients into long-term customers. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, follow-ups, and achieving client onboarding targets while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new client leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, events, and walk-ins
• Reach out to prospective clients and explain company services/products clearly
• Schedule consultations, demos, or appointments for potential clients
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and closure
• Maintain and update client data in CRM or internal tracking systems
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to meet expectations
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
• Handle basic client queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling client conversations and negotiations
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or service industry
• Knowledge of digital lead sources (social media, website leads, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
