Client Acquisition Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales Executive / Caller who will be responsible for pitching digital marketing services to potential clients over calls, emails, and follow-ups.

The role involves understanding client requirements, explaining our services, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch digital marketing services such as:
• Social Media Marketing
• Performance Marketing
• SEO & Website Services
• Branding & Online Promotions
• Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions
• Share proposals, follow up with prospects, and close deals
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status
• Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams
• Attend client meetings (online/offline) when required

Requirements & Skills: For Freshers:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Willingness to learn digital marketing concepts
• Basic knowledge of social media and online platforms is a plus

For Experienced Candidates:

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or digital marketing sales preferred
• Experience in pitching services to SMEs/startups is an advantage
• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Understanding of digital marketing services is highly desirable
