Job Title: Event Sales Executive – Business Conferences, Summits & Expos

Location: TAIIKI MEDIA, Noida sec-62

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Event Sales Executive to drive sponsorships, delegate sales, and partnerships for our high-profile business conferences, summits, expos, and award shows hosted at premium 5-star properties in Delhi. The role demands aggressive sales skills, excellent networking, and the ability to close deals with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert corporate clients, sponsors, exhibitors, and delegates for large-scale B2B events.
  • Pitch sponsorship opportunities, exhibition stalls, award categories, and delegate passes to senior decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, cold calling, and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with a sharp focus on revenue generation.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, and business leaders.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to create a strong sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, operations) to ensure smooth client servicing and event delivery.
  • Represent the company at events, networking forums, and client meetings to maximize visibility and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of hardcore B2B/event sales experience (conferences, expos, or corporate events preferred).
  • Strong corporate network in Delhi NCR; ability to engage with CXO-level professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve numbers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to travel locally for meetings and event participation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
