nRoles and Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry operations accurately and efficiently using computer software such as MS Office.
  • Maintain attendance records, including tracking employee hours worked, leave taken, and absences.
  • Process payroll calculations, salary sheets, and PF/ESIC deductions according to company policies.
  • Provide clerical support by performing tasks like filing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Assist in back office operations related to administration work.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in a similar role (data entry operation or clerk).
  • Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.A or B.Com).
  • Proficiency in computer operating systems and basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy; ability to learn new software quickly.
