No of Vacancies1Reports toManager - SMIs a Team leaderY/NTeam SizeGradeOfficer / AM/ DMBusinessTransaction Banking OperationsDepartmentTxBOSub-DepartmentRetail OpsLocationAiroliAbout Name of BUThe Centralized Reconciliation and settlement team look after all the major parts of the reconciliation of the bank related to Government Business, Merchant Payments, ATM s and networking settlements They also manage all the disputes related to ATMs and recycler machines by following up with vendors within given timelines and as per RBI guidelines They are responsible for resolving all the queries, requests and complaints related to Government Business ie, NPS, APY, RBI agency reporting under which all ministries payments & Receipts They also manage the recon of PPF, Sukanya Samrudhi, Pensions related to Government sectorsThe main role of the Disputes Management team is to handle disputes of customer for digital transactions such as UPI/IMPS and card transactions done through POSEnsure that disputes are actioned and closed within regulatory/network TATs( turnaround time)Ensure that there is error free posting of credits in customer a/c s for disputed transactionEnsure that the disputes are being effectively handled to make sure that there are NIL adverse audit remarksResponsible for customer satisfaction through effective and world class operationsQualificationsGraduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized instituteRole ProficienciesKnowledge of banking products and servicesKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and normsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to manage complex client situations & risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environmentAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
