About I-Pro Visuals: I-Pro Visuals is a leading turnkey interior design and fit-out company delivering custom-designed commercial, industrial, and factory spaces. We also specialize in building and managing controlled environments such as cleanrooms for pharmaceutical, electronics, medical device, and high-tech clients. We are seeking a Clean Room Manager who can lead the end-to-end setup and ongoing compliance of clean room projects.
Job Summary: The Clean Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, operational management, and compliance of cleanroom environments within commercial and industrial interior projects. This includes coordinating with design, HVAC, electrical, civil, and QA teams to ensure that the clean room meets the required ISO/GMP classifications, performance standards, and client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the execution and fit-out of clean room environments including HVAC (AHU), filtration systems, pressure zoning, flooring, and wall systems.
*Coordinate with the design, project, and MEP teams for cleanroom layout compliance and system integration.
*(ISO 14644, GMP, or client specs) throughout execution.
*Supervise installation of modular panels, HEPA filters, lighting, access systems, and pass boxes.
*Oversee validation, testing, and commissioning of cleanroom systems, including airflow, pressure differentials, temperature, and humidity controls.
*Maintain detailed documentation for cleanroom construction protocols, equipment calibration, and QA processes.
* Implement SOPs and training for cleanroom housekeeping, gowning procedures, and contamination control.
* Support client audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party certifications and ensure timely delivery and handover of validated cleanroom projects.
*Track site progress, manage contractors, vendors, and raise RFIs or NCRs as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
# Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
# 3 – 7 years of experience in cleanroom construction, maintenance, or validation.
# In-depth knowledge of ISO 14644, GMP, or cleanroom design standards.
# Understanding of HVAC systems, air change rates, HEPA/ULPA filters, and modular construction.
# Familiarity with commissioning protocols, particle count testing, and EHS compliance.
# Strong project management, documentation, and coordination skills.
# Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project management tools.
# Attention to detail and commitment to quality, hygiene, and timelines.
