Key Responsibilities: Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for factory interior construction projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor work. Job Summary: The Clean Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, operational management, and compliance of cleanroom environments within commercial and industrial interior projects. This includes coordinating with design, HVAC, electrical, civil, and QA teams to ensure that the clean room meets the required ISO/GMP classifications, performance standards, and client-specific requirements.
