Job Title : In-Class EdTech Facilitator / Technology-Integrated Educator Location : Hyderabad Department : Academics / Learning & Development Job Type : Full-time | On-site / Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy educator to integrate educational technology tools into classroom instruction. The ideal candidate will leverage digital platforms and in-class tech to enhance student engagement, personalize learning, and build essential 21st-century skills. Key Responsibilities Integrate digital tools and platforms (LMS, smartboards, AR/VR, interactive quizzes) into daily lessons. Develop and deliver tech-supported lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals. Utilize data analytics to track student performance and customize instruction accordingly. Conduct assessments using online tools and provide timely, constructive feedback. Promote blended learning and flipped classroom models. Collaborate with peers on cross-disciplinary tech-based projects and lesson planning. Train students on using educational technology responsibly and effectively. Troubleshoot basic technical issues during class sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). Strong command of digital tools: Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Kahoot!, Quizizz, etc. Proven experience using LMS and interactive learning platforms. Proficiency in presentation tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Prezi. Familiarity with AR/VR tools, gamified learning, and content creation software. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. Demonstrated ability to engage students in hybrid or blended learning environments. Continuous learning mindset to keep up with EdTech trends. Preferred Qualifications Certification in EdTech tools or digital pedagogy (e.g., Google Certified Educator). Experience with coding platforms (e.g., Scratch, Tynker) or STEM integration is a plus. Prior experience in skill-based teaching or experiential learning models.
