Primary Responsibilities:

Pay attention to factors such as lighting, ventilation, and overall cleanliness
Creating an engaging and welcoming physical space is essential for fostering a positive learning atmosphere

Classroom Routine and Behavior Management:

Establish and maintain a structured classroom routine to provide students with a sense of predictability and security
Clearly communicate expectations for behavior, attendance, and participation
As a fresher, it's important to be consistent in enforcing rules and consequences while also being fair and understanding
Implement effective behavior management strategies to address disruptions or conflicts promptly
Building positive relationships with students and creating a supportive class culture can contribute to a more productive and enjoyable learning experience for everyone
Additionally, be proactive in identifying and addressing any potential issues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
