Job Description:

The Civil Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The role involves technical supervision, coordination with stakeholders, and quality assurance for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare site layouts and detailed drawings for construction projects.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Estimate quantities, cost of materials, equipment, and labour to determine project feasibility.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, project managers, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Manage site teams and ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure work adheres to local bylaws and regulations.
• Resolve design and development issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain proper documentation and keep project files up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of structural design, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and prepare detailed site layouts.
• Proficiency in project management, reporting, and team coordination.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental regulations, and local construction bylaws.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
