Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and practical experience in construction management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including earthwork, foundation, structural, and finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant building codes and regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure workmanship meets established standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from plans.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical and design-related challenges.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams and contractors as needed.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and usage to optimize resource efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2+ Years of Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer or similar role in construction or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
