Monitor project expenses and ensure cost-effective project execution. 5.Technical Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and technical records. Prepare and submit project status updates to project managers or clients. 6.Regulatory Compliance Ensure that all work complies with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Obtain necessary approvals and permits. 7.Problem-Solving & Risk Management Identify construction problems and resolve them quickly. Assess potential risks and suggest preventive measures.
