Job Summary: We are seeking a Diploma Civil Site Engineer to oversee site execution, prepare work schedules, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the timely and quality completion of construction activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules Plan work sequences and allocate manpower as per site requirements Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient execution Ensure vendors complete work as per drawings, specifications, and timelines Supervise on-site activities to maintain quality and safety standards Track progress and report delays or issues to senior management Verify measurements, bills, and material usage at site Ensure adherence to project deadlines and cost control Requirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering 3–5 years of site execution experience (residential/commercial projects preferred) Ability to prepare work schedules and manage multiple vendors Good knowledge of construction methods and site coordination Basic knowledge of MS Excel, scheduling, and drawings Strong follow-up and communication skills
