Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in structural and finishing works for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in site execution, quality control, coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery as per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Structural Works

• Supervise and execute structural activities such as foundations, RCC works, beams, columns, slabs, retaining walls, etc.
• Ensure compliance with structural drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with structural consultants for design clarifications and approvals.
• Ensure proper material usage and prevent wastage.

Finishing Works

• Oversee finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and façade works.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure finishing works meet the required specifications.
• Inspect and verify work completion against approved drawings and BOQs.

General Site Responsibilities

• Daily site execution planning and workforce management.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Maintain accurate reports on project progress, material consumption, and site issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles.
• Experience managing finishing works with high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.

Preferred Background

• Experience in residential, commercial, or institutional construction projects.
• Hands-on experience working with contractors and external agencies.
• Knowledge of local building codes and relevant regulations.
