Civil Project Manager – Water Construction Projects

Location: New Town / Hatibagan

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage water-related construction projects

Key Responsibilities-

• Plan, schedule, and manage daily project activities for water construction projects.
• Oversee site execution including pipeline installation, water treatment structures, drainage works, and related civil engineering tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Prepare and review project reports, drawings, BOQs, estimates, and progress documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory norms.
• Manage project budgets, materials procurement, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients as required.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills-

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 6 to 12 years of experience in water infrastructure / water supply / drainage / civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management, site execution, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, preparing reports, and using project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under deadlines.
