Wonderla Holidays is voted Indias #1 Amusement park & 6th favorite's across Asia by Trip Advisor JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Managing the maintenance, manpower and financial planning for Civil department Implement and ensure proper methods for optimize maintenance & project cost Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities The ability to think methodically and to manage projects. Prepares engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules. AutoCAD, Design Skills, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual Skills, Legal Compliance, Drafting, LISP, Problem Solving.
