Sub-Contractor Management : - Raising requisitions in advance and follow up with PM for brought out items and third party works. - Monitor labour supply contractors for adequate manpower supply in line with the project targets. - Monitor third party works for timely supply and release of fronts in line with project schedule. - Ensure timely submission of bills for respective labor contractors and third parity works and follow-up for its payments. - Ensuring daily weekly productivity of respective contractors. Key Deliverables / Performance Measures Maintaining pace of work aligned with schedule. Retain adequate workforce at all stages of execution to keep track with schedule.
