Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural design and analysis of floating solar platforms, anchoring systems, and support structures.
  
• Prepare design calculations, structural drawings, and specifications in compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  
• Conduct stability, load, and stress analysis for floating and mooring systems under various environmental conditions.
  
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and project execution teams for design integration and constructability.
  
• Review and validate vendor drawings and structural submissions.
  
• Support site teams during installation and commissioning with technical clarifications.
  
• Ensure compliance with IS, IRC, BIS, and international design codes where applicable.
  
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and documentation for tenders and project submissions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering.
  
• Experience: 3–7 years.
  
• Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC / Marine or Floating Systems.
  
• Technical Skills:
  
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Excel (knowledge of ANSYS or equivalent tools is a plus).
  
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, RCC and steel design principles.
  
• Knowledge of environmental loading, buoyancy, and mooring system design is preferred.
  
• Ability to interpret geotechnical and hydrographic data for design considerations.
  
• Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
