Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and verification of invoices, billing schedules, and supporting documents.
Coordination with project, procurement, and client teams for billing approvals and follow-ups.
Tracking and managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections.
Updating and reconciling customer accounts, maintaining accurate records.
Supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting and audits.
Assisting in documentation related to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Maintaining proper filing and digital records of billing and payment-related documents.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
Experience: 0–4 years.
Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC.
Skills Required: Strong understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with billing, receivable management, and basic taxation; proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally / ERP); good communication and coordination skills; detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
