Safety Officer

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all statutory safety regulations and company EHS policies at project sites.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and procedures.
• Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with government authorities, client representatives, and third-party agencies regarding safety matters.
• Promote awareness and continuous improvement in safety standards across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification:

  Graduation in Engineering (any discipline).

• Minimum Experience:

  5 years of relevant experience in

  Project Execution Safety

  within

  Solar Projects, Oil & Gas, Power, Petro-Chemical, Chemical, or Fertilizer industries.

• Sound knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations, codes, and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / OSHA will be an added advantage.
