Role & responsibilities

Quality & Safety of work
Budgeting, monitoring & executing project within budget.
Planning, supervising & monitoring of site activities.
Co-ordination with contractors, consultants & clients.
Preparation of budget & forecast.
Develop team & maximize productivity 0f staff & workers

Implement ERP at site.
Co-ordination with design team, contracts & billing.
Exposure in Planning & Execution of High-rise Luxury Residential projects.
Should have good command over software(ERP & Auto CAD)
