Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction of the school campus and residential structures.
• Plan and manage development of hospital, library, and essential infrastructure.
• Prepare layout & basic architectural drawings (with or without external architect support).
• Procure materials (cement, sand, steel, bricks, etc.) transparently and economically.
• Hire, guide, and manage local labour and contractors.
• Ensure 

  low-cost, durable, and beautiful

   construction.
• Maintain strict project quality, safety, and timeline discipline.

🌿 Beautification & Green Campus Development

• Plan 

  plantation, pathways, gardens, and open green zones

   across the 12–15 acre site.
• Coordinate with nurseries for trees, flowering plants, and shade landscaping.
• Incorporate sustainable features - 

  solar systems, rainwater harvesting, and waste recycling.

📄 Documentation & Approvals

• Handle all paperwork for 

  land records, construction permissions, and education/health institution approvals.

• Liaise with 

  engineers, local development authorities, and education/health officers.

• Maintain clear records, expenditure logs, and progress reports.

🤝 Community Coordination & Service

• Work closely with 

  Dr. Akram and the local leadership team

  .
• Represent the organization with 

  integrity, transparency, and social responsibility.

• Engage in community upliftment, 

  tree plantation drives, library events, health camps

  , and other public welfare activities.

Who You Are

• Diploma / B.Tech in 

  Civil Engineering

   OR 

  Architectural background

  .

• 5–12 years

   experience in school, hospital, or institutional construction preferred.
• Familiar with 

  low-cost and sustainable building techniques

   (rat-trap bond, filler slab, CSEB, etc.).

• Practical, field-oriented

  , with the ability to manage on-ground work independently.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.

• Honest, community-minded, and driven by service rather than profit.

• Candidates from 

  Western Uttar Pradesh

   preferred, but all India applicants welcome.
