Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at the greenfield project site.
Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for timely execution of work.
Ensure civil works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for project managers.
Assist in planning work schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
Manage site-level documentation including work permits, inspection reports, and contractor bills.
Liaise with consultants and statutory authorities as needed for inspections and approvals.
Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and cost parameters.

Desired Profile:

Diploma in Civil Engineering with min 3 years of relevant experience in greenfield industrial or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of civil engineering practices, construction materials, and equipment.
Experience in handling site-level activities such as excavation, foundation, RCC works, etc.
Good knowledge of project management tools and MS Office.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to relocate to project sites and work in dynamic site conditions.

Preferred Experience:

Greenfield project execution in sectors like manufacturing, oil & gas, power, or infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with contractor management and on-site quality assurance.
