Civil Head

We are seeking an accomplished Civil Engineering Leader with 20+ years of proven expertise to head our civil division. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for directing large-scale high-rise residential construction projects from design through execution. You will serve as the technical and managerial authority, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the civil engineering and project teams.
  
• Oversee all technical and execution aspects of high-rise residential projects.
  
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
  
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively across multiple projects.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities.
  
• Monitor site progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Drive innovation in structural systems, foundation design, and modern construction practices.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Experience: 20+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering & construction, with at least 10 years in leadership roles handling high-rise residential projects.
  
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of structural systems, geotechnical aspects, foundation engineering, and site development for tall structures.
  
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional civil engineering teams.
