in project timelines and propose effective solutions.
Ensure all projects comply with
regulatory guidelines, safety norms, and environmental standards.

3. Structural & Technical Supervision

Oversee the execution of
foundation, concrete, steel, and structural
work as per design specifications.
Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to
design, safety, and engineering standards

Work closely with the
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and finishing teams
to integrate all aspects of construction.

4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Liaise with
contractors, suppliers, and consultants
to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
Verify
bills, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and work orders
before approval.
Monitor and control
project costs

5. Compliance & Safety Management

Ensure strict adherence to
