The Civil Head will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Daily tasks will include coordinating with project teams, conducting site inspections, preparing progress reports, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. Qualifications Project Management and Resource Management skills Knowledge of Construction Processes, Safety Regulations, and Building Codes Experience with Site Inspections and Progress Reporting Strong Coordination and Communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Previous experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
