Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, dams, and water supply systems. You will work with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that designs are implemented safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD and other engineering tools.
• Oversee and manage construction activities to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases of the project.
• Resolve design and development problems and make necessary improvements.
• Conduct quality control inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.
• Report project progress and issues to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech or equivalent).
• [2 to 5+] years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Familiarity with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹44,881.36 per month
