The candidate should be capable of setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines, optimizing machining processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models. Program CNC Turning and Milling machines (using FANUC, Siemens, or similar controllers). Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on machines as per job requirements. Operate CNC machines and monitor the machining process. Inspect finished parts using precision instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.). Make adjustments to offsets and feeds/speeds to ensure part accuracy and quality. Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines. Optimize machining time and reduce tool wear. Maintain documentation and production reports.
