Civil Engineer ( RFD )

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer – Riverfront Development to lead and manage planning, execution, and supervision of large-scale riverfront development projects. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring quality construction, and timely project delivery in compliance with statutory and environmental norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design review, and execution of riverfront development works
• Supervise construction activities including embankments, retaining walls, ghats, promenades, drainage & landscaping works
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government authorities, and local bodies
• Monitor project progress, quality control, BOQs, billing, and cost optimization
• Handle technical approvals, method statements, and site documentation
• Ensure flood protection measures, erosion control, and river training works
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions
• Prepare progress reports and attend review meetings

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of river hydraulics, flood management & soil stabilization
• Expertise in RCC structures, embankments, drainage & infrastructure works
• Familiar with environmental regulations, NGT norms & sustainability practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel (knowledge of GIS is an advantage)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• Certification in Project Management or Infrastructure Development is a plus

Salary

• 30000-/ to 40000-/ Per Month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
