Overview

Hiring Civil Engineers to oversee, supervise, and manage construction and maintenance activities across hotels, residential houses, and commercial buildings. The role requires strong site management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Execution

• Oversee day-to-day operations at construction and renovation sites.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Monitor progress of civil works including foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, etc.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.

2. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure material availability and verify quality of materials delivered at site.
• Support project manager in creating work schedules and tracking project timelines.

3. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain documentation including site reports, measurements, checklists, and BOQ verification.

4. Vendor & Labour Management

• Supervise labour teams and monitor productivity.
• Assist in evaluating and managing contractors/subcontractors.

5. Maintenance & Repair Work

• Conduct inspections of ongoing hotel and residential properties for repair, maintenance, and renovation needs.
• Provide technical solutions and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing work, materials & site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant site experience in building construction or interior projects.
• Willingness to travel when required.
