Job Description

As a Civil Diploma Engineer at our company, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Conducting site visits and engaging with stakeholders to assess project feasibility - Preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for community development projects - Coordinating pre-bid site visits for tender participants and addressing any concerns they may have - Facilitating the tendering process and negotiating approvals - Ensuring compliance from contractors, including Third Party Insurance, PF/ESI, and BOCW - Coordinating with contractors and soil testing agencies for timely soil testing and reporting - Collaborating with consultants and contractors on project layout, design, and execution - Overseeing the smooth execution of projects in coordination with village heads, project beneficiaries, and other stakeholders - Monitoring projects on a daily basis to ensure adherence to specified quality and safety standards - Measuring project progress, checking bills, and submitting them to the central team for further processing No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
