Job Description

Role Summary

The Civil Engineer will oversee 3 to 4 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality assurance, and compliance with statutory and safety standards. This role requires strong on-site coordination, vendor management, and the ability to drive day-to-day construction activities to meet company goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience

# Degree: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

# Experience: 3 to 7 years in residential / commercial building construction. (Ex-Servicemen with appropriate experience may also express their interest.)

# Experience managing multiple sites is highly preferred.

# Strong knowledge of RCC work, finishing, MEP coordination, PMC practices, and local building regulations of Pune City.

# Conversant in AutoCAD, MS Excel and site reporting tools.
