Requirements

For a concentrated Solar Power Demonstration Plant we are looking for a full time young and dynamic Civil Engineer with degree in related field - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Civil engineer - Strong knowledge of Project Oversight (Supervision) – Can handle Technical Management - Strong attention to team and resource handling - Effective communication, Coordination, teamwork skills, planning and designing - Ability to work independently and manage risk –Maintain site documentation and logs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor construction progress, milestones, and schedule adherence.
• Track submissions, drawings, RFIs, and technical clarifications with the different stakeholders.
• Confirm site readiness prior to deliveries and construction activities
• Manage internal traffic routes and laydown areas and plan site access.
• Monitor adherence to approved engineering drawings and specifications
• Review Inspection and Test plans (ITPs) and confirm compliance
• Review and comment on shop drawings, field changes and deviations.
• Support resolution of site-related technical issues.
• Manage and oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess local and environmental impacts and potential risks.
• Work closely with architects, surveyors, contractors, government agencies, and other engineers to ensure projects meet requirements
• Ensure all projects are structurally sound, safe, and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations and environmental standards.

Experience:

• Civil Engineer: 2-3 years (Preferred)
• Candidates with previous experience in Solar Power will be preferred
• Proficiency with CAD and other design software.
• Proficiency with MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
