Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support:
• Assist in the design and drafting of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and site development.
• Utilize engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, to prepare design drawings and models.
• Project Assistance:
• Support the project team in planning and executing various aspects of civil engineering projects.
• Help coordinate project schedules, budgets, and communication between stakeholders.
• Site Investigations:
• Participate in field surveys and trips to collect data on site conditions and existing infrastructure.
• Assist in the preparation of site reports and feasibility studies based on collected data.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure that engineering designs comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation necessary for local, state, and federal permits.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Assist in compiling reports on site conditions, contractor performance, and project progress.
• Technical Documentation:
• Support in the preparation of technical reports, project proposals, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, communications, and documentation related to engineering work.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other team members to support project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent (DCE) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform fieldwork, including visiting construction sites and conducting inspections, which may require walking, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, when necessary.
• Possession of a 2 wheeler for travelling between sites.
