Oversee daily civil construction activities and ensure smooth site operations
Prepare, review, and validate BOQ, cost estimates, and quantity calculationsAnalyze and interpret structural drawings and technical specificationsTrack project milestones and ensure work is completed within deadlinesLiaise with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and project management teamsMaintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance normsDocument site progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reportsSupport project planning, scheduling, and allocation of manpower and materialsIdentify and troubleshoot technical challenges arising at the siteSupervise labour and ensure all work is executed as per project requirements
