Oversee the design and development of AC and DC electrical systems for solar power plants, including inverters, transformers, circuit breakers, protection relays, and cable layouts. Ensure seamless integration of renewable power systems with grid infrastructure, including ensuring compliance with grid codes and standards. Supervise the design and development processes for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the design is cost-effective. Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and construction teams to ensure the efficient execution of projects. Ensure designs meet regulatory standards, industry best practices, and quality control processes. Address technical challenges in the design phase and throughout the project lifecycle. Provide solutions for electrical issues that arise during installation and commissioning. Stay current with the latest technology trends in AC/DC systems for solar energy, including new inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
