Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Civil Engineer will be responsible to inspect the structure, including roof, walls, windows, doors, plumbing, electrical systems, etc., present in a property. The role involves daily tasks such as evaluating and inspecting construction sites, collaborating with architects and contractors, and providing detailed reports on their findings during inspections, which include photos and descriptions of any issues discovered. Qualifications Possess skills in Civil Engineering Experience and knowledge in Plumbing and Electrical systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience in inspecting and evaluating various types of properties is a plus Experience with construction and related activities will be given preference
