Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Civil Engineer cum Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong civil engineering background along with project management capabilities. This role involves coordinating on-site execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and acting as a bridge between the design, execution, and client servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site execution of terrace garden and landscape projects
• Coordinate with vendors, site workers, and internal teams for seamless project implementation
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and structural designs
• Ensure work quality, safety standards, and compliance with design specifications
• Maintain project timelines and regularly report project status to management
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and ensure adherence to project milestones
• Handle client communication during project execution and resolve on-site challenges
• Prepare BOQs, material lists, and assist in procurement coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 1–4 years of experience in civil execution or site coordination (experience in landscaping, waterproofing, or terrace work is a plus)
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to sites as required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
