Job Description

As a Civil Project Manager, your role involves leading, planning, and supervising civil projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the planning, execution, and supervision of civil projects. - Preparing accurate tender estimates, BOQ analysis, and project costing. - Developing schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring on-time delivery. - Coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. - Conducting site inspections and resolving technical challenges. - Managing contracts, procurement, and resource allocation. - Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Optimizing costs through innovative solutions and risk management. - Preparing detailed project reports, budgets, and forecasts. - Maintaining accurate project documentation and handling change orders. Qualifications required for this role include: - Total work experience of 3 years (Preferred) Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the Vadodara location.
