Key Responsibilities: Assist in site supervision and execution as per approved drawings Interpret structural and architectural drawings Support quantity take-offs, measurements, and billing work Monitor concrete works, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing activities Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and material management Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation Technical Knowledge Required: Basic knowledge of RCC, formwork, reinforcement, and concrete technology Understanding of building materials and construction methods Familiarity with BBS, basic quantity estimation, and BOQ Awareness of site safety norms and quality standards Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel (preferred)
