Bankai Infotech is a well-established company that oversees the management and maintenance of residential properties. We currently have 4 houses under our care, and we're looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team. This position will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of all maintenance, repairs, and construction activities. Job Description: As a Civil Engineer at Bankai Infotech, you will be responsible for managing the operations related to the construction, maintenance, and day-to-day functioning of our residential properties. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure the buildings are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 5 years of experience who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and can efficiently manage multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations related to the upkeep of 4 residential properties. Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in maintenance and construction projects. Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring buildings meet safety standards and codes. Manage the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repair projects. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations. Prepare and monitor budgets for operations, maintenance, and repair projects. Work closely with other departments to address and resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Provide technical advice and support in emergency situations or when issues arise. Ensure timely reporting and updates to senior management on project progress and operational status. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, property management, or a similar role. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle day-to-day challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and other engineering-related software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with residential property management is a plus.
