Position Summary: Assago Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and manage multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient execution of construction activities, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and project management. The Construction Manager will lead a team of laborers, Contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all aspects of the projects run smoothly and meet the established deadlines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: Bills and Budget Management Site Issue Resolution Future Planning Quality Control Labour Management Material Management Timely Procurement Safety and Compliance Education Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. If Diploma in Engineering, then with at least 10/12 years of experience.
