Role Overview

Civil Engineer – Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for effective project delivery.
• Track project progress and report updates to management.
• Inspect materials, check work quality, and verify measurements as per BOQ.
• Manage site manpower and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and quality records.
• Support billing, quantity verification, and cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site supervision
• Strong understanding of structural and finishing works
• Good knowledge of material standards and quality control procedures
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
