The role demands strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in civil execution and supervision. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities. Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors for effective project delivery. Track project progress and report updates to management. Inspect materials, check work quality, and verify measurements as per BOQ. Manage site manpower and ensure adherence to schedules. Maintain daily progress reports, site documentation, and quality records. Support billing, quantity verification, and cost control processes.
