Job Description

As the Lead for the Civil department, your role involves planning and executing infrastructure projects, estate maintenance, and water management. Your responsibilities include: - Developing comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope definition, budget development, resource allocation, risk assessment, and project scheduling. - Managing and overseeing the procurement of projects and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. - Utilizing project management software like MS Project and Primavera for effective project execution. - Demonstrating knowledge of structural design calculations. - Understanding supply chain management and procurement processes. - Managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) infrastructure projects. - Familiarity with digitalization and asset management tools. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects within budget and schedule constraints. Additionally, possessing strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills is crucial. Your deep understanding of project planning, execution, quality control, and compliance requirements will be essential for success in this position.,
