As the Lead for the Civil department, your role involves planning and executing various tasks related to Estate Maintenance and Water Management. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing comprehensive project plans for large-scale infrastructure projects, from conception to completion, while adhering to budget and schedule constraints. - Defining project scope, developing budgets, allocating resources, assessing risks, and creating project schedules. - Managing and overseeing project procurement and maintenance activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. To excel in this role, you must have the following qualifications: - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. - Proficiency in project management software like MS Project and Primavera. - Knowledge of structural design calculations. - Understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes. - Experience in managing CSR infrastructure projects. - Familiarity with digitalization and asset management tools. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
