Role & responsibilities: Project Execution & Supervision: Lead on-site execution of all civil engineering activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Oversee structural work, concrete casting, formwork, rebar, and finishing activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and foremen for smooth workflow. Planning & Scheduling: Develop and track project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and progress reports. Coordinate with planning and procurement teams for timely resource mobilization. Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and safety protocols. Conduct quality checks and inspections in line with QA/QC guidelines. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, and vendors for project alignment. Liaise with clients, PMC, and regulatory bodies as needed. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily work logs, material records, and progress reports. Review technical drawings, BOQs, and method statements. Preferred candidate profile: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 2+ years of experience in civil engineering execution, especially high-rise residential projects Strong understanding of RCC structures, construction drawings, and site execution Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Solid knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes
