Civil Architect

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit

  municipal drawings

  as per local authority guidelines
• Create detailed architectural plans, layouts, and elevations
• Ensure compliance with

  zoning laws

  ,

  building codes

  , and

  regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with civil engineers, structural consultants, and clients

• Coordinate with municipal authorities for drawing approvals

• Perform site visits and assist in project execution as needed

• Use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

• Prepare BOQs and assist with project costing if required

📌 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

  or Civil Engineering from a recognized university

• Minimum 4 years of experience

  in architectural design and municipal drawing submission
• Proficient in

  AutoCAD

  , and familiar with

  Revit

  , SketchUp, and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of

  building bye-laws

  , local development control rules, and approval processes
• Ability to create clear, detailed, and compliant documentation
• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Prior experience working with

  local municipal bodies

  or

  government approvals

• Knowledge of green building standards and sustainable design

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
