Civil Architect

Position: Civil Architect
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Experience: 4 to 7 years

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and civil planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will be responsible for creating efficient, aesthetic, and structurally sound architectural designs and ensuring their execution on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Planning

• Design architectural layouts in compliance with civil standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate on master planning, conceptual design, and working drawings.
• Integrate functional, environmental, and aesthetic considerations into design plans.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Review and modify drawings based on inputs from internal teams and authorities.
• Ensure timely delivery of architectural drawings and documentation.

Site Supervision & Execution

• Conduct regular site visits (4–5 times a month) to monitor progress and ensure design adherence.
• Provide solutions for on-site design and construction challenges.

3D Modeling & Visualization

• Create and present 3D models, visual walkthroughs, and design presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Interior & Detail Design

• Collaborate on interior layout, detailing, and material selection where required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of experience in civil and architectural design (preferably in residential/commercial projects).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, civil detailing, and materials.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across disciplines.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
