City Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at Cult, your primary responsibility will be driving center sales by effectively managing on-ground teams and franchise partners. You will be in charge of monitoring revenue metrics, setting up regular business reviews, and ensuring the overall success of the sales operations. Your role will be crucial in planning and executing initiatives to achieve revenue targets and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and achieve center-wise revenue goals by implementing strategic initiatives - Monitor key revenue metrics regularly and take necessary actions to optimize performance - Maintain dashboards to track progress and keep stakeholders informed - Build and nurture relationships with internal teams such as product and marketing, as well as external stakeholders including franchise partners - Conduct market visits to provide insights on performance at a micro-market and center level - Lead regular reviews with the sales team to strategize and achieve targets at the center, region, and zone level - Motivate and manage the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity Qualifications Required: - Full-time graduate/postgraduate with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales and stakeholder management - Experience working across multiple geographies in India would be advantageous - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Additional Company Details: Curefit Healthcare Pvt Ltd, established in 2016, is India's largest fitness company and wellness platform.
